Student Group Waivers Information
As of the 2025-2026 academic year, all Notre Dame students (undergraduate, graduate, and professional students) who plan to participate in any University recognized student group, including clubs and organizations, are required to sign the Student Activities Office Waiver, Release and Indemnification Agreement starting August 1, 2025-August 1, 2026.
Individuals involved in multiple recognized student groups need only sign the waiver once, not one time for each group.
Note: St. Mary's and Holy Cross students should work with their club leadership to acquire and sign a paper copy of the waiver.
