Priority Date Process
Priority date requests is now closed for 2026-2027 for active student clubs and organizations recognized by the Student Activities Office. You can start submitting events for the fall after August, 3, 2026.
The priority date process runs each spring and allows student groups to submit reservation requests for the upcoming year for events, meetings, rehearsals, and practices during the for the following buildings:
- Duncan Student Center
- LaFortune Student Center
- Outdoor Grounds
- Stepan Center
- Washington Hall
- Library Lawn
You will submit separate forms for each request and groups will be notified of their date assignment no later than August 3, 2026.
We highly encourage groups to brainstorm alternative dates for your events and include them in the submission as the more flexiblity allows for maximum possiblity in having your program next year in your desired space.

If you will not be returning as an officer for next fall, please make sure to connect with the appropriate incoming officer to let them know about the process.
