The facilities teams within the Student Activities Office (SAO), organize the following equipment for rental to recognized student groups for events hosted on campus. Groups can request any of the available equipment through their NDCentral Event Submission form.
The equipment available for rental includes:
- Portable PA systems
- 10' x 10' pop up canopy tents
- 8' folding tables
*NOTE: A stage is already available for use without charge for SAO approved events on Library Lawn. If your groups would like to make the stage bigger or rent an additional stage, please contact Cody Ballinger, Program Coordinator for Student Involvement, at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you in contacting the appropriate vendor.
