Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks. Events are scheduled around the exams held in the building. 

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

Stepan Center is a multipurpose space available for practices and events. The space provides large open space and a stage. Please consider your table, chair, staging, and technical needs during the planning process.

Cost

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
