Availability

Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.

An NDCentral request is required to book an event in this venue for student clubs and organizations.

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

Some outdoor grounds venues include Fieldhouse Mall, Debartolo Quad, Holy Cross Hill, Bond Hall Quad, East Quad, North Quad, Jordan Quad, White Fields, Far Quad, Library Lawn, South Quad, and West Quad,

Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. There are limitations on the amount and type of decor that can be used. No alcohol is allowed. Please consider your table, chair and staging needs and if access to electricity is needed during the planning process. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests.

Cost

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
