Availability

Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.

An NDCentral request is required to book this venue for student clubs and organizations. For units and departments, please contact RecSports Facilities Management and Operations, Drew Loso, dloso@nd.edu. 

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

McGlinn Fields is approximatley the width of three (3) basketball courts. Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediatley after the conclusion of the event. Please consider your table, chair and staging needs and if access to electricity is needed during the planning process. 

Cost

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
