Availability

Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks. Room is available 7:00 am - 2:00 am on weekdays and 8:00 am - 2:00 am on weekends during the academic year.

An NDCentral request is required to book an event in this venue for student clubs and organizations.

For department and units, please request this space by emailing saores@nd.edu.

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

We are an alcohol-free facility.

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
