Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. There are limitations on the amount and type of decor that can be used. No alcohol is allowed. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests. A NDFS Facility Use Agreement is required. 

Venue capacity is distributed as follows:

150 - Conference
250 - Dining
300 - Reception
250 - Wedding

Cost

There is a security deposit of $350 required and a facility fee of $300. Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
