Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.

An NDCentral request is required to book an event in this venue for student clubs and organizations.

For departments and units, please request this room through EMS web application.

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. There are limitations on the amount and type of decor that can be used.  

Cost

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
