Dan Semple has worked various positions within SAO since 2008. Starting as a custodian with Legends, to the lead Operations Assistant, to his current position at Duncan Student Center where he helps student groups coordinate special events in the Dahnke Ballroom, Hagerty Cafe, and the Hiller Midfield Commons.

He takes pride in supervising a 50+ team of student employees in areas of professional development and ensuring that Duncan Student Center is a welcoming space for the campus community and guests. Dan spends his personal time with hobbies such as blacksmithing, woodworking, and going to regional fairs and festivals.
