Shamrock Leadership Series 2021-22

The Shamrock Leadership Series (SLS) engages members of the Notre Dame community in creating and sustaining a culture of lifelong leadership development, training, and education. SLS seeks to empower students to become everyday leaders by facilitating and encouraging opportunities for the advancement of the mission of the University of Notre Dame through co-curricular learning, intentional engagement, self-reflection, and professional development. This program seeks to create leadership in excellence through the transformative experience of the SLS.

Participants in the SLS will:

  • Participate in interactive workshops to gain a greater understanding of leadership concepts
  • Become familiar with the many opportunities to become engaged in campus activities at Notre Dame during and after the program has ended
  • Understand leadership topics in the context of personal experiences and goals
  • Connect leadership with service to social justice
