Due to University Guidelines regarding physical distancing, room capacity subject to change based on layout and proposed activity. Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.
Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.
Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. Limited decorations are allowed, but may not damage any surfaces. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests.
Costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
