Due to University Guidelines regarding physical distancing, room capacity subject to change based on layout and proposed activity. Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks. Creek House is managed by the Student Activities Facilities Office from August through May. During June and July, Creek House is reserved for use through the ACE program [574-631-7052].
Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.
The Creek House has wireless internet, telephone with a campus phone number, a living room with cushioned chairs and oversized pillows and one restroom. There are three (3) breakout rooms: a sun porch with seating for 8, conference room with seating for 8 featuring an LCD projector, and a small multi-purpose room with seating for 6. There is also a full kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and a large backyard for team building activities. Since Creek House is a house located in a residential neighborhood, overnight activities are not permitted (all activities must end by no later than 10:00 PM). NOTE: If the activity is sponsored by a student group, the group's advisor (rector or assistant rector, if a residence hall staff) must be present for the entire event
Facility is free for student groups and residence halls to use. Any purchased supplies would be an additional cost.
