Availability

The Hammes Lounge is unavailable when Mass is held on Friday evenings, but later events are possible. 

For student clubs and organization, you will complete an ND Central event submission form for the event.

For departments and units, please request this room by emailing the facility manager, David Byrne, at dbyrne@nd.edu 

 

Security Needs

Notes

Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. There are limitations on the amount and type of decor that can be used, such as no wall hangings. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests. No dance floor can be put down because venue is fully carpeted. Tables and chairs may not be removed from the space. 

Cost

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
