Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Rehearsal Room 110 is located on the first floor of the north end of Washington Hall. Its basic sound system, vinyl floor and wall mirror are great for dance rehearsals. Stackable chairs and folding tables make this a multipurpose space. Food is allowed in Rehearsal Room 110, so it is occasionally used for dinners and receptions. Mainstage productions with very large casts often use this room as an overflow green room or as a warm-up space for dancers before they take the stage. The Washington Hall Facility Manager must be notified of cancellations or changes by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled access time. Repeated cancellations without notification could result in loss of future reservations.

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
