Due to University Guidelines regarding physical distancing, reservation capacity subject to change based on layout and proposed activity. Student clubs, organizations and residence halls have scheduling priority through the priority date selection period. Notification forms are sent to club officers and rectors in the spring semester and groups submit their top three choices of performance or event dates. Once the student’s dates are scheduled, requests from other campus groups are considered on a first-come-first served basis. For events not reserved through the priority date selection period, advance notice of at least three (3) weeks is required. Please visit the Washington Hall website for further information.

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.


Please make sure to review the Student Group Expectations handout. The sponsoring group is responsible for supplying 4-6 ushers, 2 ticket staff, sound and light board operators, stage manager and any other necessary crew. 


Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
