Due to University Guidelines regarding physical distancing, reservation capacity subject to change based on layout and proposed activity. Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks. 

Security Needs

Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.

Notes

Space is for track and cement areas - no events can be held on the field. Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. There are limitations on the amount and type of decor that can be used. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests.

Cost

Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
