Due to University Guidelines regarding physical distancing, reservation capacity subject to change based on layout and proposed activity. Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.
Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.
Sponsoring group must clean up the venue immediately after the conclusion of the event. Limited decorations are allowed, but may not damage any surfaces. Please consider your table, chair and staging needs and if access to electricity is needed during the planning process. There may be restrictions on use, depending on power and staging requests.
Additional costs may be incurred from Catering, General Services, and any outside contracted vendors used.
