Activities Night 2017   Registration Form 

The date for Activities Night 2017 will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  We are excited to announce that for the first time ever, it will take place in the Notre Dame Stadium concourse.  Please enter through Gate E.

Activities Night, sponsored by the Student Activities Office, is an annual event open for students interested in joining one or more of our 300+ undergraduate clubs and organizations at Notre Dame. These groups include academic, athletic, cultural, performing arts, social service and special interest clubs, student government organizations, businesses and media groups. Special guests from the Notre Dame community will also be in attendance.

Please note that because of the large number of recognized clubs and organizations which want to participate, space will be limited.   Priority registration, which guarantees your club or organization a table at the event, ends May 31. Registrations after May 31 may be asked to share a table with another group, or be placed on a wait list.   On April 24, 2017, an email went out to the officer 1 listed for Notre Dame's recognized student clubs and organizations with the registration link.  If you have questions about the mailing, please email us at saonline@nd.edu

A special note to University departments and community service agencies - after the May 31 deadline for recognized student clubs and organizations, information will be made available to you about a special registration which will be held.

 

Table Assignments

Instructions specific to each group will be emailed prior to Activities Night. Registered student clubs, organizations, Community Partners and special guests appear on this list click here (please note it is sorted alphabetically by club category) and will also be available at Activities Night check-in. Due to extremely limited space, Clubs will only be allocated one table and University Departments can receive up to two tables based on a review of the space and need. If you are not registered for Activities Night and an undergraduate Notre Dame recognized club, although no guarantee, there is a limited number of tables open.  Please ask at registration.

Loading

Any student group loading in materials for Activities Night will need to use Gate E.  Community service agencies can load in at Gate C, which is located on the south side of Notre Dame Stadium.  There is plenty of parking adjacent to this gate.

All vehicles MUST be relocated to the C1 Lot south of the Joyce Center for the duration of the event.
