2008-2009 SPACE ALLOCATION INFORMATION

The Student Activities Office recognizes the need for student clubs and organizations to have a centralized area from which to operate. In an effort to provide student leaders an opportunity to increase the effectiveness of their respective organizations, the Student Activities Office has designated particular areas within LaFortune Student Center and Washington Hall as assignable space for student groups. For the 2008-2009 academic year, the Student Activities Office is making both storage and office space available for use by student groups.

All student clubs and organizations must re-apply for LaFortune Student Center & Washington Hall space on an annual basis. Past assignment of space does not guarantee future allocation. Notification of space allocation decisions for 2008-2009 will be communicated no later than August 1 via e-mail to student group contacts and advisors.

Failure to submit a request by the prescribed April 30 deadline will result in the group not receiving an initial space allocation.

The first step of space allocation request process entails completing a Club Resource Center (CRC) survey. Results from this survey will be shared with the Club Coordination Council and will help determine the future direction of the CRC. After submitting the survey, you will receive a link to the space allocation request form.

If you have any questions, please contact Ryan Willerton, Director of Student Activities Facilities (Willerton@nd.edu).
