ACTIVITIES NIGHT
Activities Night, sponsored by the Student Activities Office, is an annual event open for students interested in joining one or more of our 250+ undergraduate clubs and organizations at Notre Dame. These groups include academic, athletic, cultural, performing arts, social service and special interest clubs, student government organizations, businesses and media groups. Special guests from the Notre Dame community will also be in attendance.
Date and Location
Activities Night 2009 was held on Tuesday, September 1st from 7:00-9:00 PM in the Joyce Center. The event took place in the north dome of the Joyce Center, which is where the hockey rink is located. Entrance was at the Joyce Center at Gate 3, which faces the Jordan Science Building.
Table Assignment
Table assignments were emailed to participating organizations, and can be found here (please note that there may be updates - you will be informed if this is the case). Click here for tentative instructions. Instructions specific to your group were emailed in August.
Loading
Please note: Any student group/community service agency loading in materials for Activities Night will need to use Gate 4 (NE corner of the Hockey Dome by Rolfs Sports Recreation Center) or Gate 5 (SE corner of the Hockey Dome by Rolfs Aquatic Center Northside) to unload. All vehicles will need to be relocated to visitor parking. Please park in the C-lots, which are south of the Joyce Center, or in the B-lot south of the football stadium on the left, if the gates are open.
