Reservations require advance notice of at least two weeks.
Security Needs
Notre Dame Security Police may be needed depending on events. Discuss the event with your Activities Liaison to determine security needs.
Notes
A variety of room configurations are available:
- Lecture/Theater Seating: 960 seats
- Banquet Seating: 580 seats
- Concert (standing): 1,200
- Fair: 80 tables
The room may also be divided in half to accommodate multiple events.
The room is also equipped with:
- Flat Panel Video Display
- In-room LCD Projector
